Villa / apartment with hotel facilities

Can anyone recommend a hotel in the Med with villas or apartments? Last year we stayed at the Sheraton Algarve Pinecliffs which was great - 2 bedrooms (plus lounge and dining room), full kitchen, plus all the benefits of the hotel, including room service. I am looking for somewhere similar for DH, DS (18ms now) and myself in September. Don't mind where - thanks for any suggestions!

What about Villa Vita Parc in Portgual - I went for a week last June - FANTASTIC - look up Villa Vita on Mumsnet search and you will see all comments. Our Villa had 3 bedrooms all with bathrooms and a balcony.

Manfwood, we stayed in a townhouse at Pinecliffs. I think these are less swanky than the apartments but are cheaper and have more room (they are on several floors). There was a dishwasher and washing machine, as well as three loos! We paid about 300 euro a night in September, although they charged an outrageous 10 euro a night for the cot. There was a patio outside the dining room and the grounds around the townhouses were nicely landscaped. It was a couple of mins walk to the main hotel, and a supermarket was only 5 mins walk away. The hotel arranged a babysitter for us one night. There is a children's club - although we didn't leave DS there, we played with him on the swings and toys. All the restaurants had highchairs available and a children's menu. Downsides - the townhouse had several unprotected steps and hard floors (DS had just learnt to walk). To get to the beach you have to get a lift and then go along a wooden walkway - not convenient for a buggy (most people left these by the lifts). The beach was clean, though, with a nice restaurant. Overall I would recommend it.

try the web site www.babygoes2.com - we've used them for the last couple of years and they are excellent.

Sorry have nothing to recommend but thinking about Portugal for this year and had read about Pinecliffs. But is it very expensive?? and also built up? DS will be about 18-20 months by summer so thinking of something like this and would welcome your comments.

I'm sure others will come up with suggestions.

Thanks
