Where to visit for girlie holiday to relax and read, explore a bit

wanting somewhere that is pretty, not Kos Rhodes

not going all inclusive, was going to book flights and bed and breakfast

Skiathos might tick some boxes. Its very beautiful- green and luscious with amazing beaches. Small enough to explore- and Skiathos town is stunning with great nightlife and eating places. Kefalonia would be a close second

Naxos or Paros. Fly into Mykonos or Santorini (flights are cheaper) and get the ferry.

Kefalonia is my favourite holiday location. Believe you can find all inclusive hotels in the towns of Sami and Lassi. I personally prefer renting self catering apartments in quieter villages, and eating in the taverners with the locals. But the island has accommodation to suit everyone, believe the Hollywood A-listers stay in the town of Fiscardo.
