Tips for inclusive villa places in Italy

We have stayed in Villa Pia, Umbria before and loved it. But it's booked up for August. Any recommendations for something similar? Either half or full board with a few other families around and ideally a swimming pool. Just want somewhere the kids might find other kids to chat to and we don't have to do much cooking. Would be nice to just switch off for the first time in 3 years.

Under the ‘Our Offering’ drop down menu, the ‘Local Food’ page shows you what options you have if you don’t want to cook.

The link doesn’t appear to be working. It’s called Pian Di Cascina

Not all-inclusive, but this place umbriawithkids.net has a similar vibe.
