Early June Europe holiday with 2 preschoolers - looking for tips!

Just that really - this is our last chance to go away out with school holidays before DS starts after summer.
We've never holidayed abroad but fancy sun, sand and nice food for a week as a treat to ourselves after a tough couple of years.
My searches are showing Majorca, Turkey and Greece as best options from our local airport. Any tips on where's best for weather, activities, safety etc?
Thank you!

I’d suggest Majorca. In September we stayed in Santa Ponsa. We settled on this area as it's nice and lively with loads to do for families including theme parks, water parks, aquariums, go karting, water sports, boat trips...... plus it's just a short 30-minute transfer from the airport. Santa Ponsa is also close to Palma (definitely worth going to) and it has good public transport links if you want to explore the rest of the island. The nightlife is busy in Santa Ponsa and there's a main square where families are welcome and live acts perform every evening. Plus there are lots of lovely restaurants around the beach and in the town to choose from - some areas can get a little lively in the evenings so it might not be for you if you're looking for a quiet family holiday.
Puerto Alcudia is probably the most popular area in Majorca for tourists. I stayed here around 10 years ago and although I didn't fall in love with the resort, there was still loads to do for families and the biggest draw is the island's largest beach.
Puerto Pollensa has a real traditional charm and is popular with returners who like a more slow-paced and relaxing holiday.

@Fivemoreminutes1 brilliant information, thank you so much. I was more taken with the Majorcan resorts if I'm honest so your intel backs that up. Not looking for a huge amount of buzz but certainly the family friendly activities seem ideal for us. 🌟
