Clocks going back, flight at 7am Sunday!

I'm being extremely dense, and asking you what time I need to set my alarm!
Need to get up at 3am on Sunday to travel for flight. Phones -should- auto update but I'm extremely paranoid they won't!
Should I just put my analogue clock back an hour and set the alarm for 3?
Idk why my brain is like this!

Yes, I'd set analog back 1 hour. Your phone will update itself though. Don't worry.
Worse case scenario, you don't sleep for 1 night
