Recommendations for UK nature retreat?

DH and I want to get away for a retreat holiday in a place where nature is lively and we will be catered for (so not self catering). Days will be spent enjoying nature—going for walks, seeing wild flowers etc. Experience should be relaxing and peaceful. Must be in UK at present due to covid travel restrictions and desire to avoid flying/airports. Any suggestions welcome!

Good suggestions thanks and I do love the N Forest--and it's not too far from where we are. Re budget, we wouldn't want to spend big money on expensive hotels as we wouldn't use or appreciate the 'facilities', but mid range would be fine and a good restaurant on site would be a bonus. We are thinking 4-5 nights. Budget maybe 1.5K.

Somewhere in the Scottish Highlands perhaps? You should be able to find a nice hotel in a quiet rural location.

The New Forest gives you walks and nature, and has some lovely high end hotels, but it gets quite busy.

What sort of budget?

PS I should add that recommendations of both area of the country and specific facility or hotel would be valued.
