Best flexible flights or holiday for Spain or Crete

Looking to book either flights plus cancellable apartment for Spain for this summer

Or a whole package

Which companies have you found most flexible please. I am finding their descriptions rather obtuse!

Sorry, just to add to that, we also flew with BA in October, had a great experience, flight was full (including middle seats). Cabin crew ensured a safe boarding/deplaning and we got a “goodie bag” of snacks in economy for a domestic flight. I’ve never been a very loyal flier in the past, but I’m going to try to support them now tbh.

BA - they’re doing great deals and I had the unfortunate task of cancelling Christmas flights with them as we went into Tier 4, so I could no longer travel to family. Much to my surprise the travel voucher was received within about 1 minute of my request on 19 December (as Boris Johnson spoke), can’t recommend them enough after that.

We had flights booked with BA and Ryanair last year for May half term. Got refunded by BA as soon as the flights were cancelled. We're still in the painful process of trying to get anything back from Ryanair.

We've just booked with Vintage Travel for a villa for the summer. I think most villa companies have reasonable policies, although tend to be rebooking rather than refunds.

Personally for us TUI and BA have been great for being flexible. I think with BA you can either amend your holiday for free or cancel and get a voucher up to three weeks before you travel. We’ve had 3 holidays with them cancelled and we received our refunds very quickly.

TUI is similar. I know some people had problems last summer but they were great for us and refunded us within a couple of days of us deciding it was best to cancel
