Hi

We booked to go here pre-Covid and are due to go at October half term with our 9&5 yr olds, we have not been before.

Not sure how we feel about it at the moment, however looks like it may be possible if travel restrictions are eased and obviously we would not get a refund if travel is allowed.

Has anyone stayed here and if so what is it like?

We are supposed to be All Inclusive however what that will look like who knows?

Hopefully by October the world may be in a better place

I've stayed at the Jacaranda; it's a big hotel but never felt too crowded, food was good and loads to do in the area :)

Been here twice and always had a great family holiday, as PP has said nice clean rooms with friendly staff and cleaners, pools are lovely and only a short distance from the beach and restaurants etc, food is standard fare something for everyone so even fussy kids will survive! We would love to stay again at some point!

It's in Costa Adeje, isn't it? I have fond memories of the place, as it's the first holiday I did as a single parent with my 3! We stayed there 4 years ago.
We really liked it. The rooms were clean. Food was generally good - standard buffet fayre really - with some themed nights too. Lots of wee areas dotted around the hotel grounds for sitting down and relaxing in the evening. Pools were really good. Easy walking distance to the beach, and plenty to do locally too.
It's not a 'wow' holiday, but then so few AI places will give you that these days. Rather, it's a perfectly nice and enjoyable place to stay.
Hope this helps ... and enjoy!
