Has anyone used Skylitetravel? I’ve paid them £785 for tickets for my wife’s trip to Australia, and get nothing but “I’ll get back to you tomorrow” or “the accounts department is in a meeting right now”. I’m concerned there may be no ticket at the end of it.

Well, they did supply the tickets, so it seems they are a genuine company. I used the Martin Lewis site Resolver to store one or two emails I sent them, and rang up a few times.
