Half-price tickets for London zoo or Whipsnade

As a family we have membership to London zoo and get half price tickets as a bonus. We haven't used this years allocation, and they expire on 11th May. So if anyone is planning a trip to either and wants them let me know and you're welcome to them. We've got 6 BTW

Left hand side of the keyboard... CAPS LOCK... or an arrow pointing up....

Press it.

Maybe lastminute.com have reduced ticket prices / promos for the zoos ?

But London Zoo is great, perhaps you can go there whilst money is tight and have a trip to Whipsnade when things get a bit better xx

Oh it is too, bum, sorry LondonLady - I was going by the title of the thread, didn't see you only wanted Whipsnade

here - you need to have a rail/underground ticket to show but it only needs to cost about £1-2.

So pleased you had a good day.
What a gorgeous photo. Took me while to notice the adorable baby elephant. Dd is itching for another visit now having seen your picture.
And bobsmum, didn't you win this weeks competition? Good for you!

Thought I'd add my thanks and also paste up a photo of our grand day out - this is Bobsmum and Bob (bottom middle of the picture) watching elephants crossing the railway.

Posey!!!! Thank you so much for the tickets! They arrived this morning and we decided thhat today would be perfect!

Ds had a fantastic time! The lemurs and sealions were the big hit of the day. He named every animal we saw apart from the elephants, which still only seem to merit the babysign plus a trumpety kind of noise He's totally knackered now but will go to sleep very happy clutching his new cuddly lemur with poseable tail!! Thank you again!

Sadly they don't seem to do that lovely freebie offer anymore - I went a while back thinking along the same lines but they seem to have stopped it. When dd was little we used to go all the time, drive up to the tigers and it was like having our own private zoo.

Bobsmum and Eowyn, they're yours. You don't pay until 2 I think so Bobsmum you only need 2. Contact me via the site with your addresses and I'll post them off to you.
I love Whipsnade more than the zoo really but not so convenient for us. You'll have a lovely day.

If no one else is interested a day out at Whipsnade sounds good & dd would love it. So that would be 3 if no one has snapped them up in time i've been wondering about it... thanks.

Bobsmum,a bit late now, but if you go to Whipsnade out of season, between october and feb, when you pay for admission you get a free pass for the rest of the off peak time. So if you go in Oct, you can go back free until Feb! We used to live nearby, so did it quite a lot. You can drive the car in then as well, without having to worry about where to park.
