Didn't want to hijack the other thread. I'm 46. I finally have time and could afford to retrain. Is it too late?
I already have a humanities degree and worked PT in a field unrelated to OT for 20 years. Complicated family responsibilities made anything else impossible until recently.
Two years ago I switched to working in home care with older people. It has made me want to pursue OT training even more.
Is it too late? I can be fairly flexible about location.
