Anyone know anything about the shared housing on Magpie lane/Merton close? Can't see any photos online anywhere. Would just like to know if there are many en suite available, whether they are decent sized rooms etc.

Looks like it's just Magpie Lane, Haberton mead or Merton street. Doesn't say whether there's a choice or if you just get allocated.

Haberton Mead is since my time. Would be ideal for someone based at the hospital or science labs I would have thought. Probably better than Merton Street or Magpie lane.
They do pledge to all newcomers in college accommodation so I would not worry too much, probably best just to ring them up and talk to them about it.

To add if I were given the choice I would pick 25 Staverton Road, presuming it is still used for graduate accommodation.

I can tell you what they were like 20 years ago, but they may well have changed since then.
Reasonable size rooms not ensuite.
