Purple Demand are an established company with an excellent reputation in the IT industry, working with blue chip companies. We continue to grow and are looking for people to join our telemarketing team. You may have sales or telemarketing experience, or you may have an interest in IT and love speaking with people. Either way, we'd love to hear from you. You do not need to be an expert in IT, but you do need to enjoy speaking with people on the telephone. Previous experience is helpful but is not necessary for you to be successful in this role, a willingness to learn, knowledge and interest in IT and excellent communication skills are key to success.

The Role:
• Generate sales leads by calling customers to find out about their IT requirements and arrange meetings with clients.
• Provide the information you have obtained during the conversation back to the
client in the form of a written lead sheet. We pride ourselves on providing as much information as possible to our clients to enable them to follow up on our
introduction appropriately.
• Our data team will ensure you have accurate data to work with and you will
have ongoing, day to day support from your colleagues and Team Leader.

What we are looking for:
• Experience in telesales/telemarketing or an ability to speak confidently on the phone
• Self- motivated, conscientious, with a desire to deliver quality
• An interest or knowledge in IT is useful to help understand client needs but we can and do provide training for each campaign
• A willingness to learn and be adaptable is important
• Good administration skills - ability to write up a good lead sheet

• Competitive salary based on skills and experience + Uncapped Commission
• Full time ‘on target earnings’ of £35 000 but you will not be limited to this – the more meetings you set up the more you will earn
