School Receptionists & Administrators (Enhanced DBS required)

Hours: Full time
Start date: ASAP
Pay rate: £14-£16 per hour

We are currently supporting several schools across West London to recruit for multiple Receptionists and School Administrators. Please note that you must have an Enhanced DBS for this role.

These are long-term temporary positions starting ASAP until the end of the academic year and beyond. We have full and part-time roles available.
We are looking for applicants who possess an excellent working knowledge of administration within a school office using SIMS and you must have an Enhanced DBS on the update or recent to apply for this role.

The role
-Handling enquiries from parents, pupils, and external agencies.
-Overseeing access to the building for visitors, meeting and greeting and providing visitors passes.
-Assisting teachers and senior leadership team with data entry on pupil records and reporting.
-Dealing with deliveries for the school.
-Updating SIMS with pupil information.
-Managing the schools post incoming and outgoing.
-Supporting with other ad hoc duties such as school newsletters, making calls to parents and outside agencies, dealing with incoming queries, updating the single central records, and invoicing.
