About Doxa Partners

Doxa Partners manages a large family investment fund. We work in our townhouse office in Mayfair, London, and have for over 10 years. Our clients have been entrepreneurs for nearly two centuries, and are now in their sixth commercially successful generation.

We make wide ranging investments, including stocks, bonds, funds, private investments, and hedging derivatives. Our approach is empirical and structured (but flexible) and, increasingly, data driven.

Financial Reporting Manager

Our Operations team seeks a Financial Reporting Manager (who could be part time) to add capacity as we continue to build a robust and flexible system for control and reporting to empower our Research team and adjust quickly to our investors' needs.

About this role:

The core function of this role is day-to-day financial control of the assets Doxa manages, using our proprietary automated Portfolio Management System, "Okris":

  • Ensure data automatically fed into Okris is accurate and complete
  • Review the output of data integrity checks
  • Reconcile positions and cash balances against data received from our Custodians
  • Review and send daily flash reporting to our investors
  • Provide feedback to our Software team on how Okris could be improved


Dependent on the number of hours to be worked, the role will include some or all of the following:
  • Further weekly and ad-hoc reporting to our Investors
  • Management of (largely automated) reporting to our Investors' Group Finance team
  • Creating statutory Financial Statements for the Fund Entities
  • Accounting, reporting and financial administration for Doxa Partners itself


Candidate requirements: Some experience in either Fund Operations, Accountancy, or related fields. For candidates with accounting experience, prior knowledge of Fund Operations or Financial Instruments is not required.

Location: This role could be based in our London office, fully remote, or a hybrid of the two.

Working pattern: We are open to the role being full time or part time, subject to the usual working pattern including at least 3 mornings.

Salary: £50k+ p.a. dependent on experience, or pro-rata if part time.
