Customer Service Advisor – Part time (20 hours per week)

Milton Keynes - Office Based

£21,000 – £24,000 pro rata + bonuses

We’ve grown rapidly over the last 12 months, and are looking for a passionate Customer Services Advisor who can look after our clients and help us take our customer satisfaction to the next level.

The Position

We are a multi award-winning digital marketing agency, working with a variety of clients across the UK.

Your primary responsibilities will be:

  • Deliver a first class customer service to ensure a high degree of client satisfaction
  • Liaise with customers on a regular basis to ensure they are happy and well looked after, helping to build a strong degree of customer loyalty
  • Conduct client satisfaction surveys and help us improve our online reputation
  • Organise customer communications and announcements
  • Advise customers on new products and services
  • Administrative tasks to support the ops team as determined by processes and instructed by Management
  • Monitoring helpdesk inbox and dealing with queries, escalations etc.
  • Customer focus, empathy and understanding


About you

You’re a natural people person, you have a passion for making people smile, and you get a kick from knowing you’ve made a client happy.

Plus:

  • Experience of working within a customer service environment
  • Experience of handling both inbound and outbound telephone calls
  • Experience and confidence in handling and resolving customer queries at first point of contact
  • Excellent verbal, written, telephone and face-to-face communication skills
  • Work well as part of a team
  • Well organised with strong attention to detail
  • The ability to stay calm under pressure
  • Strong IT proficiency
