Job Title: HR Administrator
Location: Home/North London/Central London
Contract: Permanent – Part time (20 to 26 hours per week)
Pay: £25,000 to £28,000 pro rata, depending on experience

The role
The HR Administrator will play a key role within the wider HR team. We have a small and versatile HR function supporting a growing and fast paced organisation. This role will focus on our administration, with an emphasis on onboarding.

We are a busy, collegiate team, that works closely with the business to deliver great results and support a challenging change agenda and growth strategy.

This is a fast paced, hands-on role, so you will need to be a self-starter (and finisher!), organised and efficient, ideally with experience of working within a HR function.

As a growing business, we are particularly interested in individuals that are motivated, passionate and pride themselves on delivering a high level of service, to help support our HR function provide the tools to our employees and leaders to succeed.

Main responsibilities of role
• End to end responsibility to on-board all new entrants to the Bank, including full administration for payrolled employees, contractors, out-source and co-source contractors
• Day to day management of the central HR Mailbox to ensure a high level of service and proactive response to Bank wide queries
• Process regular and ad-hoc reporting to stakeholders in addition to requests from the HR team
• Manage all HR related invoices via Netsuite, with liaison to Finance and Accounts Payable where applicable, including the setup of new vendors where required
• Respond to all third-party reference requests for ex-employees
• Support the wider HR team on any BAU requirements and also provide project support
