Company Overview

HiveMind Network is focused on helping businesses that care, deliver change that matters, through our next generation “expertise on-demand” capability and enabling platform.

We're disrupting the £180bn advisory, consulting and project delivery industry by connecting medium and large enterprise organisations to a network of technology, business, and design experts providing access to just the right skills, at just the right time, for just the right amount of time.

Position Overview
First and foremost, we're looking for an enthusiastic, results-driven and personable candidate, who's keen to learn and grow within our team.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for both attracting and locating new delivery experts to the HiveMind Network who align with our values, in addition to working with clients and prospects to position and sell HiveMind services.

Ideally experienced in IT recruitment, this role is essentially helping clients to understand the value in team solutions with a joined up approach, whilst locating the right members from within our network and in their own network to fulfil those client needs and other needs from across the team.

You’ll be coached in managing business conversations with exec-level clients, giving you all of the necessary skills and experience to progress from traditional recruitment to a more advisory and consulting sales approach.

You’ll get to work alongside an extremely passionate, supportive and experienced team, in a fast-growing scale-up business, establishing a career with a leading professional services disruptor.

This is a fully remote/home based role with flexibility around working hours, so perfect for an experienced IT recruiter looking to move back to work around family commitments. However, the role does require a strong work ethic with confidence to work autonomously.
