We are currently looking to bring 1-2 people on board who can provide ad-hoc Reception cover for us when needed.

We are a small friendly company, with our head office based near Oxford Circus in London - You can find more info here: www.clearbell.com/

On an ad-hoc basis throughout the year, we need people to help cover our front of house reception when our Office Manager is on leave, or when she is covering for our Executive Assistant.

Duties include:

  • Meeting & greeting visitors
  • Answering phones
  • Managing meeting rooms
  • Providing refreshments
  • General admin (e.g. computer work on MS Office, printing, photocopying, filing etc.)
  • Managing post & couriers
  • Ad-hoc errands

This would be on a zero-hours contract basis, so we do not guarantee any working hours, but equally you are able to work elsewhere.

We would provide as much notice as possible when we needed you to come in and you would get paid £23 per hour for the hours you work, via our payroll (on a PAYE basis).
