Opportunity: Marketing executive, we anticipate this role will take two days a week (fee paid on a consultancy basis).

Company: Diversity Project - Investment Industry

Fee: £350 per day (plus VAT if applicable), plus expenses

Location: virtual, flexible working with potential face-to-face meetings in London

We are looking for a proven marketing specialist to be responsible for developing, managing and executing successful marketing campaigns. You will focus on creating, implementing, tracking and optimising digital and traditional marketing campaigns across various marketing channels.

In particular, skills needed are:
Support the head of marketing
Proven experience to develop, manage and execute marketing campaigns
Develop marketing materials and marketing plans for initiatives using traditional and digital channels
Help grow the DP’s brand
Analyse and interpret marketing data, including campaign results, conversion rates, and online traffic in order to improve future marketing strategies and campaigns.
Compile reports on the effectiveness of campaigns
Website experience, including using website analytics to ascertain the relative effectiveness of ongoing campaigns and understand the way users interact with the site
Good social media skills, help to manage current and potentially new social media pages/ channels
Draft marketing materials such as flyers, newsletters and posters
Help to organise events including preparation of invitations, liaison with speakers, organising in-person or virtual webinars, monitoring registrations, supporting preparation of presentation materials. Hybrid experience is a bonus.
Liaising with the Workstream leads/Members, Web Developer and Designer

The successful candidate will exhibit the following characteristics and
skills:
Attention to detail is a must
Strong people skills – an ability to build strong relationships is vital
Good communication skills
Creativeness is a definite plus, out of the box thinker but practical
Excellent organisational and time management skills – a multitasker
Proven knowledge of marketing strategy and traditional and digital media channels
Initiative and self-motivation – this role will suit a self-starter used to progressing projects without much day-to-day guidance. Can do attitude and ownership of work
Proficiency in Word, Powerpoint, Excel, Canva and experience with CRM/ Marketing automation (Hubspot is preferrable)
Ability to work in a fast-paced, pressured environment
