We are a growing, highly qualified, specialist legal tech consultancy which supports large law firms and in house legal teams with their document automation and legal technology projects.

Due to expansion, we are looking for an experienced Commercial Banking lawyer, PSL or paralegal to add to our team of legal document automation consultants and legal technologists to work on customer projects.

The role is entirely home based with flexible working hours and can also be either full time or part time. You will work remotely, via equipment provided by us, and will form part of a dedicated, specialist team who communicate regularly to ensure that you feel part of a team. Full training will be provided.

You will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience with a law firm or an in house legal department, and will be a self starter who is happy with independent working and is keen to develop skills in document automation. You will have a track record of project work and meeting deadlines.

You will have experience as a lawyer, PSL or paralegal in Banking transactions, will be computer literate and will, ideally but not necessarily, have previous knowledge of document automation and legal technology systems such as HotDocs, Contract Express or HighQ.
