Blood pressure readings ? Unsure !

this evening I had my blood pressure done at the doctors . ( after I had just finished work ) rushing to get down there on time.
my readings were ranging 160 to 140 over 98/ 87 each time !
the doctor advice me to go home and do it again when relaxed.
I think these are better readings ? But not sure…. I’m going on a diet & starting exercising !

Both of your home readings are good readings.

The ones at the doctor will be due to the rushing and 'white coat syndrome' no doubt. Hence the need to do it home when relaxed.
