Where can I get a great sports bra from?

I’ve posted this in Style and Beauty, too.
Basically that, really. I exercise 2-3 times a week and have started running again and have noticed just how awful my sports bras are. I have two of the same Nike bra which has a hook-and-eye fastening at the back, rather than pulling over the head.
I’m a size 8-10 (although probably more like a 10 at the moment) and wear a 32E, although I’m expecting to be a DD when I get measured again.
Where are your best sports bras from?

This is what I wear:
Deyllo Women's Sports Bra High... www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B078S5JTDG?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share&tag=mumsnet&ascsubtag=mnforum-21
I have it in black and beige too.

I'm so paranoid about any bouncing whatsoever that I even slip a bog standard Florence & Fred sports bra underneath ( pack of two, black & white around £14 ) to wear at the same time 😄
You can only do this is you go a size up. I was going to send it back for a smaller size originally, but realised I prefer this option.
This really works for me, but may just be that I am odd 🙃

Shock Absorber run bras for running, best by mikes. But I find the sizing a bit weird and am one up in the band and one down in the cup (across the whole range)

Shock Absorber active bras for everything else, if you want unwired.

Panache the best wired by miles

This is excellent - I prefer it to the Shock Absorber:

Sports bras are my specialist subject Grin I used to have very large boobs (up to an H at one point) and an now a more sensible E cup, so have tried everything over the years.

First of all, please don't go anywhere near M&S, Sainsburys, Next, etc. These aren't decent sports bras and may feel supportive at first, but aren't a patch on a "proper" sports bra once you're doing serious exercise over longer distances.

If you are really on a budget then Decathlon is your best budget buy, but I still don't find them supportive enough for my cup size.

The best ones IME are Freya and Panache, closely followed by the Shock Absorber Run. Go down a back size in the Freya and Panache ones compared to Shock Absorber, though.

The Panache one, and the Freya underwired, encapsulate the whole boob and stop you bouncing from all sides iyswim. The Shock Absorber Run is a more traditional "strap em in" style, which ime can lead to more chafing over long distances.

I'm a similar size to you, OP, and currently have two of the Freya underwired in a 30E, and the Shock Absorber in a 32DD, which I rotate. I also have a Freya non wired which I don't get on with as well, but it's basically identical to the Shock Absorber Run.

I find the most simple crop top type ones from decathlon the best.

but they require some contortion to get in and out off...

I actually really like Next ones - I didn’t get on with Shock Absorber, I’m really petite but a 30-32 DD and they just didn’t fit me well, I think I'm just too short and narrow in the shoulders.

The Next ones have a zip up front and a racer back. So comfy and wash well. My boobs do not move in them!

I am somewhat blessed in the nork department and I wear the ones from M&S that zip up the front. No wriggling to get it on and really supportive!

I'm an F cup and I've tried a few.
The best by a country mile is a Shock Absorber.

I have a cheap and cheerful pull over the head one from Decathlon- no movement at all once it's on!

Boobydoo every time.

You can order a bunch of different ones from BoobyDoo & send back any that won't work. That's what I do.

I’ve tried a few and keep coming back to the Shock Absorber ultimate run bra. I have three now and they’re great. They have hook-and-eye fastenings (as well as an additional clip above this). I can’t imagine that any bra that pulls on overhead would be supportive enough for running - or that if it was, I’d never manage to take it off again!
