I'm feeling very low and anxious about this so please be gentle.
For want of a better phrase, I've let myself go. Lockdown has not been kind and I'm not only overweight but very unfit. I get out of breath easily, I have to energy. My get up and go has got up and gone.
So what now. Is it possible to get it back? It feels not, even though common sense tells me it's never too late.
I have 2.5 stones to lose and I loathe going out for a walk... lockdown has spoilt that completely.
