I nearly fainted at work today, lost my footing and tbe world went black , also really felt like I was going to vomit.
Yesterday morning I ran 17k on an empty stomach (not unusual for me) came home and had a slice of cake. Later went out for a late lunch which although delicious was a bit carb-lite (meat with vegetables, no potatoes and a creamy dessert). I didn't feel hungry yesterday evening or this morning. But had this funny turn just as I was arriving at work. Could it have been glycogen depletion so long after the run ? Feel a bit better now (obviously have eaten) but wondering does there have to be another cause ?
