Used to run about 10 years ago. The last time I did any sort of exercise was about 2.5 years ago. Two nights ago I decided to go out for a 3 mile walk/jog. That went pretty well, my muscles ached but today I felt much better. So tonight I went out for a 3 mile jog again but this time only walked a small amount, mainly kept jogging through the pain. Well I've now got jelly legs and I've had to have a hot bath as I went from really warm to icy cold.
Am I going to be a total mess tomorrow do you think? 😬😬
