Hi all.
First time posting here and not sure exactly what I'm asking for, just general suggestions. I am considerably overweight (5'3 and around 15 and a half stone) and have never been very bothered by my size. However, me and OH are struggling to conceive and I feel my weight is a major factor. Also I recently broke my ankle and was quite horrified to realise I am too unfit to use crutches. 3/4 steps with the crutches leaves me in pain and out of breath. Obviously I need to wait for my ankle to be healed before starting any real work outs but was wanting some helpful suggestions on how to start out? Don't really have the money for the gym so was thinking long walks moving into running? What can I do at home on days when the weather is bad?
