Ab circle pro - is it going to work?

So I have one of these and have never really used it

Is it likely to work atall? My belly and hips are the parts that really need toned up as they are wobbly and out of shape! Will this work? If not what's the most effective way to tone up quickly? I hate sit ups as they always hurt my back
