Don't know what to think of this...

I feel ignored by a group of the same usual 3-4 staff who sit together in the office, I had to sit between 2 of them today as it's hot desks and we have to use the same set of desks so they're limited, they spent most of the afternoon, literally best part of 2.5 hrs talking to eachother through me whilst I'm trying to work! It felt really uncomfortable as 1 I'm stuck in the middle and it's not like they leaned back to talk behind me they sat talking across me in front. Second reason it felt bad was these two hardly ever reciprocate any conversation, it's bare minimal, next to no eye contact but when they all talk together they interact totally differently. The chats they have aren't spciofic to them mostly I could join in but have tried and it's clear they only want to talk to one another. I ended up getting my laptop and working on another desk I just couldn't stand it any longer than the half hr I was there. What's more awful is I think they know it makes me feel left out, it's just horrible! I am known amongst my friends for being a laugh and having a good quick soh, just don't think they like me plus I don't talk
About food all day, it's bizarre they just don't get me, they can barely stand to look at me sometimes when I try to join in or talk it's made clear they aren't interested. I came back from a wk off also and wasn't asked if I had a nice time when I always ask them as I do not want their ignoring of me to be blamed on me. Is it time to leave? Why are people so damn sad and childish it's vile! Also got next to no decent work done as couldn't concentrate, boss isn't interested, Sits opposite us on same area.

Hey, I've seen you haven't had any responses so just wanted to check in. How has it been for last week or so? I'm guessing they have always been like this and there wasn't a specific event when they started acting like it? It's a horrible feeling and I've been there. Is a small team/department you work in and are there others that you get along with?

I’ve had similar some years back now. I hated the place I worked and could not understand how grown women could have acted like this towards me.
I eventually left having secured another job.
Can I ask how things have been recently?
