Eating disorders

DH and orthorexia

I desperately need advice. DH has been becoming more and more obsessed with healthy and pure eating over the last 18 months. Started off reasonably with becoming a vegetarian but over time more and more has been cut out to the point of his diet being restricted in the extreme. There are many vegetables for example he's cut out but he will happily swill vitamin supplements by the truckload. We can't go out for meals as a family anymore, it would be pointless and impossible. Any restaurants out there serving rice and cabbage together? Tonight I came across the term orthorexia and it describes him 100%. It was a real light bulb moment as for a long time I've suspected a mental health/ eating disorder but haven't found a label for it. In some ways it was a relief to find an 'explanation' for what is going on.

Question is where do I go from here? Judging from previous conversations, he is in no place to recognise he has problems or seek help for them. I can't go on like this though, and am worried about how it will affect my daughters as they grow up. Help!!
