Freezer help

Hello I don't know if this is the right place but it is to do with saving money so I hope you can help?

I'm looking for a second freezer to store extra food. Ideally for around £100. Not too big and must be quiet as going in a bed room. Also needs to be front opening because it's under some steps.

What would people recommend?
