@Cindy974 I have literally just got off the phone with the hospital about my baby boys post mortem results as well. Exactly the same as yours, no cause found. Nothing wrong with him or me at all, he just passed away. It’s hard to hear because I wanted there to be a reason that was out of my control, like he was poorly or not forming properly. But there’s no reason at all. It’s just so horrible to think that he could just as likely be in my arms right now, if not for this totally random occurrence. I’m so sorry you’ve had to go through this as well. It’s so hard to comprehend. I don’t believe in God but I feel like I’m being constantly punished for something this year.

@Indianna2006 I'm so sorry about your dad 😢 my dad has dementia and it's hard some days he's fine some days he's aggressive and it can be soul destroying when he's bad.

Everyone needs a good cry..hopefully your little bean will be doing somersaults next scan🥰 I know the worry never ends though xx

@LuckyMoonstone it’s so so tainted. It’s like a never ending train of trying to think I am pregnant for now. An being so aware of what can happen.

@MrsCristianoX I know. Gone fast but oh soooo slow! Lol. yes I got an early scan at 8 weeks. All was okay. But that was almost 3 weeks ago! 🙈😩

I just sat an had a cry about absolutely nothing i think. My hormones are clearly cray cray. Just the thought of that trap door opening again. And falling through it.

I lost my dad 3 years ago as well. Very sudden. Just one day he was here the next he was dead. And so no chance to say goodbye. And that emotion of that trap door opening and being catapulted into grief with no prior warning is a bit like miscarriage I think. And that sets me off as well. massive fear around grief and loss with no prior warning it’s happening.

I’ll get my big girls pants on now and tell my pregnancy hormones to due one 🙈🙈

@mummatara still another 2 weeks. 😩 I’ll be basically 13 by time I go for it.
I just can’t shake that feeling. The closer it gets the more convinced it’s just all downhill.
TTC after loss, pregnancy after loss. Is just bloody hard. So hard. You can never regain that naivety can you. That those things just won’t happen to you.

I’m 11 weeks today. And have started to feel much better. Less tiredness. Nowhere near as much nausea or sick. And it’s freaking me out!!!!

Normal perhaps as nearing 2nd trimester but I just hate it. Hate being sick but hate NOT being sick 😒

@Indianna2006 yeah they definitely won’t let it go up anymore, it’ll be time for treatment 😞 I hope it does drop and they let me go a bit longer

@LuckyMoonstone no depends on the test next week doesn’t it I guess. In your body I presume it’s more because it’s rising very slowly or perhaps gonna go static. So your body won’t neccesarily catch on.
Once it starts dropping. If it does on its own without the meds. I’d presume you could then ovulate pretty soon. Cos you’ve already bled and awaiting that bit aren’t you almost.

but if it’s gone up or static and stayed same still next week. Think meds may be the best option then. Another week is quite a bit of time isn’t it to allow it to do it.. just frustrating that it then restricts you.

@Cindy974 ahh I’m sorry. It’s hard when they do genetic testing and find nothing and it almost gives you no answers. It’s really hard 😞
just remind me did you lose him slightly later gestation? Was it second trimester?

I ovulated the same day as this test and there 20mul.
i know because I had EWCM and felt the one sided pain as I always do. And 2 weeks later got my period as expected. my temps confirmed it as well. They’d only dropped about 5 days prior from my mc. An then they rose again.
bodies are weird. So don’t rule it out.

@LuckyMoonstone no thats not actually necessarily true. 5hcg and above clinically means your pregnant. That’s all it means.

But scientifically body will and can ovulate with about 30 hcg in the system. If it’s decreasing.
I still had lines on 20mul IC tests and ovulated still with those lines there. Let alone a FRER would of been very positive for me still.
People are diff obv. Some ppl takes ages to ovulate after. But it deff doesn’t need to be 5hcg to ovulate at all. It won’t in like 100s likely. But obv your not in 100s. What was your last blood test measured at?

@Indianna2006 but it would take a level of 5hcg or less for the body to ovulate. Higher than that and it believes you are pregnant…

The results have come back from the testing on the fetus. It was a little boy and there was absolutely nothing wrong with him 😭😭 my little boy whyyy. We were hoping for a boy the fact we lost him and there was nothing wrong just doesn’t make sense. It’s clearly my body fuckinf everything up I feel devastated all over again

Hi @cashmerecow sorry you’ve found yourself here. Yes a lot on here have just cracked on after cp and fell pregnant within a few cycles. Don’t be disheartened if it doesn’t happen straight away you’ve gone through a lot. I had a mc at 6 weeks end of July. I had an urge to test and noticed my tests were getting very faint then the cramps started for 2 days and then the bleeding came. I had 2 days max of bleeding and clots. I started doing OPKs after bleeding had finished and had lots of EWCM and positive OPKs 2 weeks after bleed I was convinced I’d ovulated but pregnancy tests were negative right up to 18dpo. I had no sign of ovulation after my cm was just lots and lots of water which I’ve never had before I wasn’t ttc I wanted to just wait for af cos I was so disheartened to my surprised I mustn’t of ovulated when I thought I did and 8 weeks of no af I did a test cos I wanted to phone the doctor about the lack of af and 2 lines showed up clear as day. So it may take a little time for your body to readjust again.

@LuckyMoonstone sooo strange when your levels are so low isnt it. You’ve not felt any more ovulation signs at all? As your body could deff decide to ovulate and then you would get a period like 2 weeks later. Cos your levels are so low.

i think if your levels are not high and no risk of rupture etc i presume? I would just wait it out. Cos at some point your body will cotton on and ovulate. An then 2 weeks later you will get your period and flush it out.
They wanted me to wait it out for my body to flush out my remaining products when it didn’t all come out. As they said eventually it will do it. Altho I opted for surgery after 6 weeks of being fucked about. So if no risk to you it’s a much better option then meds. But it’s that what if and unknown I guess isn’t it. More waiting tho. I just know you wernt keen on the meds.

i did read that apparently drinking loooaads of water can help bring your hcg down faster but not sure how true that is? Like detoxifying your body 🤷🏻‍♀️

@cashmerecow yes lots of us here have. Totally fine to ttc after a chemical or a mc. Unless you’ve been medically advised not to of course.
