We are planning to try for a baby next year so I thought I'd order a couple of at-home fertility tests, mostly just out of curiosity. I did the FSH urine test this morning and it has come up with a bit of a line (pic attached) which I am now really worried about.
I'm 27, have been on the mini-pill for about 10 years and am also currently taking 100mg of sertraline a day (for anxiety/OCD) and 120mg of propranolol a day (for migraines).
Is this result likely to be accurate and an indicator of reduced fertility? I don't have periods at all on the mini-pill, but when I did have periods as a teen they were normal, pretty regular and not too heavy.
Everything I've read seems to suggest that the pill may lower your FSH level, not increase it!

Agree with @MrsMo21 - those tests are nonsense and it's definitely worth getting a "fertility MOT". The fertility clinic we used offered a full screening service for £200 and although that's potentially a lot of money depending on your income, it's well worth it as it's very comprehensive.

I mean this kindly but those at home tests are complete bullshit and very unreliable (speaking from experience).
If you’re concerned about your fertility then investing in a fertility MOT with a blood hormone panel is your best (and most accurate) bet.

I mean, the whole point of the pill is to lower your fertility to make you unable to conceive.
So perhaps that's why?
