Hi everyone. Wondering if anyone has any experience with Proceive? At the moment I just take a wellwoman multi-vitamin that has the recommended amount of folic acid in it (and no vitamin A obviously), but wondering if I should/could be taking something better?

I'm vegetarian and don't eat a lot of dairy so any advice with that in mind too would be wonderful!!

Hi there, I also want to know, however I've seen that it's over 35 and those who have been trying for over a year..

@Xxrzx Hey 😊 So the Proceive 'max' is for over 35/been trying for a year, but the normal one seems to be for everyone. Don't know how popular it is though! 😬

I purchased the max sachet ones which i would need to return, don't want to be overdosed lol. Not too keen on tablets.

I tried one of the sachets today and I actually feel soo tired so I will have to return them and find something else!! 😊😊

Hey! We both take them, we’ve been taking them for about 3 months now, started a month or so before starting to TTC. I really liked the idea that they “prepare” your body for conception and supposedly give you all the vitamins and nutrients it needs. But I don’t know how much is true and how much is good marketing. Either way, I don’t think they do any harm. But you can probably get the same “result” with any other brand of pre-conception vitamins or even just vit D and folic acid…

I started to take them and had a really early ovulation and short cycle. I stopped after that. They did give me lots of energy though.

I also tried the pregnacare and they made my cycle short and ovulate late.

I haven't had the best experience sorry not much help
