Can someone hold my hand / give me advice please?

I got a diagnosis of fibromyalgia just over three weeks ago (pain and exhaustion ramped up seriously to the point where I couldn't carry on working.)
For just under two weeks, my left arm has been tingling most of the time (not all the time but I have no clue what set it off). About an hour ago I realised that the back of my left thigh is numb. I can feel some sensation but it doesn't hurt if I pinch it. (I've also noticed the right side of my chin is tingling, but I'm trying to ignore that for now as it could be me having my knickers in a twist.)
I will contact my GP surgery tomorrow (and will probably have to fight to even get to speak to someone - I spoke to a practitioner shortly after my arm started to tingle and they completely ignored me when I mentioned it).
Can anyone offer me any experiences or advice please?
I know what's happening isn't an emergency, so I won't be troubling anyone with it tonight, but this is all very new for me anyway and these new symptoms have got me scared.

@NoGoodUsernamee, I finally saw a neurologist on Monday.
I'm yet to have MRIs to confirm, but he thinks it's radiculopathy - compression of the nerve roots due to my arthritis.
I've been told to increase the dose of gabapentin in the hope that will suppress the sensations, which is a shame as I was planning to try to stop taking it.
I think the numb patches in my face are permanent- they've been there since late September. That's a bit crap.

@NoGoodUsernamee, I finally saw the neurologist on Monday. He found I have reduced or no reflexes (depending on the joint) in both arms and legs.
I'm going to have MRIs on my cervical and lumbar spine.
His thoughts are it's something called radiculopathy - in layman's terms, nerve root compression due to my arthritis.
It seems there is nothing to be done about the numb patches on my face.

Sorry, only just saw your second reply. I'm not sure what they would be able to do, though? Probably just run a few basic tests then send me home, which is a bit pointless. I don't want to waste resources either, although I guess it might set my mind at rest if I could get an answer, but I don't think I will.
Sorry if that sounds like I'm being contrary! I'm honestly not, just reluctant to take a bet on driving for quite a distance, whilst I'm not feeling good, and this is definitely not an ambulance job!

No, the arm symptom wasn't there.
I don't have any concerns about my arm in terms of my heart - pulse is normal and I don't have any pain or other symptoms which would lead me to wonder about it.
In a way, that's why I'm worried.
I've realised now that I didn't put it in my OP, but I have had problems with my left leg (piriformis syndrome, which causes sciatica), but what I'm feeling now is completely different.

Sure if you did go to A and E with the arm thingy it’s not ye end of the world and you might be reassured?

That’s scary OP sorry you’re going through this.. normally I’d tell anyone with arm or jaw pains or sensations to get their heart checked.. did you have to arm thing when you were diagnosed?
