I've got a lovely big deck area - it's the same level as the playroom attached through a door

I'm going to buy a party tent to put up on the deck (without sides) so we can use the space indoors & out as one "room" to extend the time we are outside

I will still use suncream and sun hats on the children - but as we are in the shade (apart from the hottest days)I am hoping to be outside for hours at a time

Is there a problem with this?

Or have I covered all the angles?

A photo or link from the shop where it came from or a digital photo with a camera.

So if you got from ARGOS go to online shop and then link to it

iyswim

My gazebo is 3m x 3m and has sides/doors/windows

Would be deffo brill to have 3 x 6m like another room for sure

I have a gazebo that we put up in the summer and leave up outside my back door so that in the summer we can sit outside on our decking and do painting/eat lunch/read etc and the kids are safely in the shade and because it is a dark blue colour it keeps the sun off the kids
beautifully. It's like a room out doors and the kids love it cos it means that we can be outside when theoretically we should be inside cos it's too sunny to be outside. (one side of mine is against the ouside kitchen wall and another is against a 6 foot fence which only leaves 2 sides open and the sun only comes on these sides very late afternoon so its great).

If you have 3 sides open it might be an idea to get a side panel for the side which is most exposed to the sun, apart from that it's a great idea.

The only prob I can see is that as the sun is going to come in sideways apart from at noon or thereabouts

sun would still affect them

otherwise deffo brill idea

Thanks I appreciate the sentiment - but so far today everyone has pulled holes in it

The main one being when I sit on the deck at the week end I won't get any sun

Suits me I don't like the sun - I get a headache

And it will cool the conservatory down - it's unusable if we go out (& the sun shines) and we get home and it's too hot
