I'm feeling really down atm

I'm not really enjoying the minding

I'm not earning enough

My staff are getting me down - just assuming cos I'm in the house I'm on duty (even when I say I'm busy)

I'm really Pi55ed off atm - I'm sure it will pass - I just wish it would hurry up

Not really - the rules are too different (ratios and regs plus education)

No earning more money woldn't make me happier but might alleviate some of the niggles - so less arguing

COULD YOU TURN YOURSELF INTO A NURSERY?

I'm not surprised you are feeling down - you have developed your business in a way that now things have changed it has created a problem (when I guess having that many staff was supposed to solve problems).

If you were earning more would you feel happier?

The new children act says only 3 minders working together

So as we have 4 minders and 3 assistants - we are in trouble

I'm hoping that as only 3 work at a time (like a job share) - we might be OK - but we will have to wait and see

I think it has been building up over 4 -6 weeks - I think the St John's Wort might be coming out

It was when I realised I was no longer necessary in my business (and come the children act - I may also be illegal)

I need a new challange
