13 years old son not focussing in clas and very distract

Any body experience their child not focussing in class and distract others no rude , no answer teacher he can do better but can't concentration please help any therapy to make him focus or he is just immature . I am thinking ADHD but he is never been diagnosed how do I find out ? GP? thanks
