Worried about my chick

We have 3 two week old chicks. Two have grown almost double in size since we got them at day old, one hasn't grown a bit, although her feathers on her wings have changed. I think she is bottom of the pecking order but I have seen her eat and drink and is in no way bullied. Is she ok or should I worry??

But obviously allow her time with her siblings so she's not on her own all the time

Perhaps isolate her? Just to make sure she gets enough although obviously will need a heat lamp as she won't have the heat of the others.
