Trampoline

I’m new on here but just wanted advice and what to do! My neighbours moved in next door .there polish. .always got in with them until . The dad decides to out a 10ft trampoline against my fence we are semi detached it’s literally behind my head where I sit . It’s damaged my fence and I can’t sit in my lounge or kitchen as it’s right outside my window and also he’s decided to put it on decking . Last week I asked him to move it !! He jumped on it and said I will be on it all night !! And told me basically to get stuffed what would anyone else do . I complained to council they do nothing ! He is private and said my house I can do what I want

A trampoline by law has to be 2 metres from neighbouring fences.
