twin girl names

Hi all,
I've got twin girls coming in not long as all, and hubby and I just cannot agree on names.
My personal favourite is Hallie and my husband's is Bella but I don't love the two together.
We've gone back and forth with a few ideas, neither of us too sure though, they are:
Indie & Esme
Evie & Ella
Scarlett & Sienna
Starting to stress if you can't tell, and any help would be massively appreciated.

I've seen a set of twins in CBeebies occasionally called Bonnie and Bella. Go with the names you like!

I thought of Isabelle and Sienna, both names go I think because they are both slightly Italian sounding (but also work as English names) and Isabelle could be nicknamed Bella.

I also agree that Hallie and Bella sound fine together though.

Indie & Esme - no. Indie too nicknamey (newspaper name, indie bands etc). Esme too current and Esmi/Ezmay difference
Evie & Ella - both very overused, and too matchy matchy
Scarlett & Sienna - too matchy matchy

I'd pick two girl's names that aren't wildly different but aren't too similar, that aren't very long, and I'd name the elder sister the name that isn't the first alphabetically.

So something like Zoe and Alice, not Arabella and Felicity (too long) or Jill and Penelope (too different).

Hallie and Bella are lovely but you might mix them and find you or others saying Belly.

The other three faves from you list for me are
Ella, Scarlett and Sienna though I would not have twins with the same first initial.

Hallie and Bella are absolutely fine together IMO! If anything go better than some of your other combos. Other suggestions of combinations:

I really think Hallie and Bella would be the perfect names for them if thats both your favourite girls names! And although not rhyming with one another, they are both pretty names, with 2 syllables, both with double 'll's..they match well enough in my opinion. X

Hallie & Evie , they both end with the EE sound and aren't too similar with the double L's when compared to Hallie and Bella

I think Hallie and Bella sound quite nice together.
And I love Scarlett snd Sienna but not together because they are both colours and together it sounds like its a theme where you chose to call them Red and Brown.

You got it right first time with Hallie & Bella! Love them together, I have such a soft spot for Bella after knowing an incredibly kind Bella. Hallie is great too.

I have twin girls and found it really hard to find names that we really liked and that went together. I think it's nice when they have the same sound at the end. So if you had Hallie I would go with something else that has a e sound aswell. Both mine have an a ending

Personally I would steer clear of both girls having the same first initial.

Hallie and Bella are lovely names. Twins don't have to have everything matching. I prefer different sounding names for twins.
