Hugo Jacob sounds quite distinguished.
Moses seems like an old man’s name to me — not because it’s dated but just because I visualise an old man with a beard and not a virile young man.

I like Moses because I associate it with Moses Dingle from Emmerdale who is so cute and he has a brother called Noah too.

I like Moses, but with sibling Noah it dies rather sound like you are mainlining “My First Book of Bible Stories”.

Hugo Jacob is a cracking combo though.

I love Moses and far prefer it to Jacob (which I find quite dull) and Hugo (which is done to death right now along with al the other -o names). I would assume with a N o a h as a brother you are a very devout family - which I wouldn’t assume with DS1’s name alone.

Much nicer than Jacob or Hugo, which are likely to sound dated soon.

I love the name Moses. So much more appealing to me than hooraying Hugo.

Admittedly brothers Noah and Moses is whole lot of Old Testament and but I kinda like it. They sound wise and calm and strong. Noah and Moses would never have silly fallings out over Lego and come home smelling of cider at 15.*

(*they will definitely do those things.)

I prefer the Arabic version of Moses, Musa (pronounced Moo-suh). Of your options, I prefer Hugo Jacob
