Urate levels high, creatinine low?

I have hashimotos and have been on Levothyroxine since 2017.
I have had the dosage increased every 6-8 weeks.
The highest I was on was 175mcg but I became overmedicated.
I dropped to 150mcg and have stayed this way for most of the year.
I’ve had 1 ‘normal’ result and now I’m back to overmedicated but doctor hasn’t suggested lowering the dose.
After another few weeks of this id Had enough and I’ve now dropped the 50mcg and feel ok-ish.

Inbetween this time I’ve had another blood test for c reactive protein, Renal profile, GFR, full blood count, white blood cell count, erythrocytes sedimentation rate, Rheumatoid factor, serum urate levels, total 25-hydroxy vit d levels and HBA1C.

Doctor hasn’t requested to see me but the nurse has scheduled a phone call on Monday eve to discuss low purine diet.

I can see creatinine is low, urate is high and HBA1C is 40mmol/mol.

Does anyone know what this means?
Is it all linked to my thyroid?
Do I have gout?
I’d like to get an idea so I can prepare questions for the nurse.
I don’t particularly find medical phone calls to be very helpful. But my surgery is under a lot of pressure at the moment.

Thank you for any replies

Hi how did this go. My nurse tried to diagnose me with gout as my levels were high but I have a condition called lymphedema and this is also a side effect of it
