First name options are: Ilah/isla or Issa
Middle name options are: Mia, Mya, Allegra, Athena, Nayeli or Nalini

@cds5163 in my mind, because the first name choices end in a/ ah, it feels a better flow for the middle name not to end with the same sound. But that's just a random person's thought and you should go with what your heart says.
Lovely names and I'm sure whatever you choose will be perfect.
