to be able to slim down my arms to fit into zara blazer

So I bought a zara blazer - reduced - online, and I love it, but the arms are too tight... I really want to wear it in a couple of weeks for an outing. I suppose you can't 'spot reduce' fatty arms. How long realistically - if I went on a diet - til I lose the michelin man look. I guess it's a difficult question lol. Maybe I should just be realistic and return it. (I have the largest size it goes to).

No exercises, weight lifting or yoga will reduce the volume of your arms more than dieting or general weight loss. You'd have to lose a fairly significant amount of weight though to see a difference in your arms.

There are some salon skin treatments that spot reduce fat - Cool Sculpting etc. May be worth looking into, but not cheap and I'm not sure how instant the results are.

I agree with looking to see if letting the lining out will help. I have chunky arms and I've done this once or twice.

It's so frustrating when sleeve diameter does not increase commensurate with larger sizing!

I've dieted a deess size down in a couple of weeks before.

Lifting weight will make your arms wider unless you lose significant weight. As muscle develops fat doesn't magically melt. You can be muscular under fat so adding muscles there will make your arms wider.

It all depends where you lose weight from. I go flat chested before anything else. You might be lucky and get a bit off your arms before anywhere else, but realistically 2 weeks sounds unlikely.

I'd say buy something that fits better.

Take it to a tailor. They could split the arm down the sleeve and add an extra inch of material if it isn't an unusual colour/pattern.

Zara is all skinny arms!

Turn jacket inside out. Either remove sleeve linings or make strategic cuts in them. Try on again!

You can try doing some yoga stretches that targets arms, they will tone your arms rather than giving you extra muscle, but it will take longer then two weeks to be efficient

Oh god, no item of clothing is lovely enough that it’s worth torturing yourself to fit into. Send it back and find another blazer that fits you as you are! Or take it to a tailor and see if the arms can be widened somehow.

2 weeks? No way.
The only way to lose the fat is to develop muscles.
Which means lifting weights.
Start with 3-5 kg dumbbells- depending on age and fitness.
Growingannanas and Caroline Girvan on YouTube.
You should see results in about 2 months
... but it's a case of use it or you lose it...

You cannot target an area for fat loss. If you do as @Ponoka7 suggests without changing your diet you could end up with bigger arms as you develop muscle under the fat.

You'd have to lift heavy weights, do push ups etc.
