Should I be pissed?

DH thought it was fine to wake baby at about 1am when he was fussing for his feed. I, being the one whos around DS 99.9% of the time, know very well it's not just a matter of feed then put back to sleep.

He's also been fighting his sleep a lot recently so every nap time during day has been a battle, I appreciate the nights knowing I don't have to lose calories trying to rock him back and forth. (although, it's probably a good thing).

He did this because he's been working late nights and therefore has seen very little of DS for the past two days. AIBU to think that's still not a good enough excuse?
It is now 3am, DS has been playing and chatting with his fingers but is now screaming. No amount of swaying is putting him back to sleep. Waiting for him to tire himself out fully. Btw, just to add fuel. To the fire.. DH is snoring away and I just want to kick him constantly to disturb his sleep!!!!
