Is neighbour being CF or do I let this go?

So bit of back story here. Bought our house with lovely garden, it's open plan with neighbour but two clearly defined gardens. Nice enough, couple of children, no issues in the winter months. Come the better weather last year, the children were using our garden as an extension of their own. Normally, this wouldn't bother me but we both WFH with our workspace at the back of the house, so it was a bit of a pain but we let it slide. One morning I get up to hang out a washing and see neighbours washing already out on my drying green. Was a bit wtf about it, mentioned to her and she had always just used our drying green because her poles had broken and the previous owner didn't mind. I did mind, and told her so. It didn't stop and we eventually put up a fence. Children broke the gate one day (climbing, I think, easy enough fixed and probably our not very great DIY skills at play) and until we got it fixed I was still getting up to her washing in my garden. So now it's fixed but I've got up this morning and she has screwed washing lines into our fence, stretching across the garden to the other neighbours fence. I realise I may be overreacting and it's just a fence, but AIBU to want to ask her to remove the screws as she didn't ask to drill into it? If she had asked, I'd likely have said no because I'm not keen on the persistent weight pulling on the fence. DP thinks I'm overreacting but is happy to remove the screws if it's bothering me that much. Or should I let it go as I have done with the previous CF antics?
