New flat faults

I moved in to a new build flat end of last November I’ve had quite a few faults sorted already still waiting on some. now the flooring in the hallway is lifted and coming away I’ve sent them photos and an email but when do faults like this become my problem. I’ve brought the flat and I obviously don’t expect them to sort them for ever and ever just worried there fed up with my monthly emails when yet more things go wrong.

Thanks good to no I have a while to fix these things just stressful when you have to book time of work to let the builders in

Everything except the cracks in the walls they should fix. In new buildings walls will naturally crack a little as the building settles, they will only fix deep cracks, if you can fit a coin in it they should look at it.

So far I’ve had two sockets replaced and they weren’t put in properly wrong sized bath panel cut wonky waiting for them to fix it. silicone all around the shower control and plug edging all wonky and bumpy going yellow the week I moved in not fixed at all. Under sink pipes not fitted properly so they leaked I fixed myself just needed tightening a radiator that leaked rust water all down the side and onto the carpet as it wasn’t tightened properly can’t get the stain out although I tightened the bit and it’s stopped leaking. The bathroom paint isn’t finished as they missed a patch in the corner and already cracks in the paint. Now the hallway floor is lifted. Am I being picky is this normal should I just expect it all these things happened in November except the floor

2 years I think is how long they'll keep fixing stuff like that. You can honestly get then to fix or do anything. A lot of these companies put aside more money for fixing faults then they do for actually building the place.

I've been in ours 4 years and while the faults etc are frustrating, if you buy a house that's not a new build, you're left to it with problems after purchase generally.
