AIBU?

Sharing Christmas with separated parents

One AIBU and also looking for advice -
My parents have been separated since I was 18 and since then we have more or less taken 'turns' spending Christmas day with one parent every other year and spending a few days with the other over the Christmas period.
Now in my late 20s I have a home of my own that I live with DP and dog. All I want to do is wake up in my own home and have a quiet Christmas! Problem being we live 5 mins from DPs large family and so if we stay here we are likely to see them on Christmas day (mum lives abroad and Dad 2 hours drive away) Mum makes a big deal about me spending time with their family and not mine, dad doesn't mind as long as I make the effort to seem him over the Christmas period which I do.
So AIBU wanting to stay home for Christmas with DP + Dog and see my family over Xmas period? (It's just a day!)
And also how do I discuss with my mum that this 'taking turns' will need to stop at some point?! And is that unreasonable?

Your dm moved abroad? She can't expect to be everyone's priority imo.
New house, new rules.
Stay home. Have a time slot everyone can call for a cuppa and some snacks.
Yanbu to be 'selfish' at Xmas...
