AIBU?

Corbyn's Glasses

AIBU to suggest he gets them fixed?

Yesterday he seemed to being having trouble with them yet again when they kept sliding down his nose while giving a speech. I have become obsessed with them and instead of listening to what he saying I am watching his glasses.

@marvellousnightforamooncup I work in a role where I deal with rare and life limiting conditions. Almost all of the drugs I encounter that the NHS use come from large American pharmaceutical companies. Realistically what difference will Brexit make to our current trade arrangements with these companies? I don’t think it is as big as a deal as the spin doctors are making out.

This country needs to move away from playground politics.

'Corbyn is old labour and not what this country needs or ever needs ..'

What does the country need then? Please do educate us.

There are rumours

Pathetic.

He actually looks quite sexy with his glasses sitting low like that.

This is what it boils down to for so many people though

"I don't like his glasses, I don't like his anorak, i don't like his face"

It's nothing new but politics is fucked

There are rumours that he has had a minor stroke hence the need for the fresnel prism glasses.

Also one eye seems to be druping.

Some of his answers list night around debt were bizarre, he seem like he was either losing interest or concentration.

Would be good if both candidates had a medical and published the results.

This just seems ridiculous and mean spirited in its focus and it's good to see that other Tory voters aren't endorsing it.

Yes, I agree. Most adults are able to disagree on things such as politics without having to resort to things about personal appearance. The OP may gain that skill one day.

This is absolutely disgusting.

I'm voting for Corbyn because if the Tories get in and we have a hard Brexit, and the NHS is sold off in a US trade deal then I will probably have to sell my house to pay for the drugs my child will need to keep him healthy.

You may say that's scare mongering but that's a chance I'm not willing to take. Johnson has lied about nearly everything during his brief Prime Ministership and we're talking about glasses. I mean, just fuck off.

Yes there is a typo (one word mangled) in my previous post. To clarify :

This is a pointless and mean spirited thread.
Even another Tory voter has appeared to challenge your comments
There are already plenty of threads to post one without starting this unpleasant one

And Johnson is a dishonest scoundrel. Depends on if you prefer the rock or the hard place. But there's no point in debating on this thread anymore because I'm not 12.

After all the OP could go and express her views on one of the many yhrefs currently running.

I don't give a shit about his glasses.

Policies are what counts, but seriously, Johnson lookas like he's been dragged through a bush backwards and you are criticising Corbyn's specs?

OP this is a silly thread. Corbyn has an eye problem so his specs may be unbalanced.

BJ is not noted for his polished appearance is he.

I’m a Tory voter

I don't think the tilt of his glasses will have any impact on his ability as Prime Minister
